Responsibilities:

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management: Oversee the delivery of technology projects using appropriate frameworks, collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Profitability and Success: Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert (SME), collaborating with and managing the team to ensure high performance.
• Team Engagement: Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in service quality, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable technology strategies.
• Innovation and Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, intrapreneurship, and people-centric approaches within the team.
• Generative AI Implementation: Implement and promote the use of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to enhance business processes and client solutions.
• Initiative and Problem Solving: Drive new initiatives and encourage innovative thinking to solve complex problems and achieve business goals.
• Project Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing IT teams and overseeing technology projects is crucial for this role.
• Advanced Skills in Delivery Excellence, Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), and Technology Architecture Implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in service delivery is required to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives that align with business objectives is essential for achieving long-term success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are important for navigating challenges and ensuring project continuity.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
