Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and overseeing the technical aspects of application design and implementation. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges, ensuring that best practices are followed, and fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with integration of Oracle Cloud applications with other systems. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
