Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. 2. Responsible for team decisions. 3. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. 4. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. 5. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. 6. Develop and implement process documentation and guidelines. 7. Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with standards. 8. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). 2. Strong understanding of process modeling and optimization. 3. Experience in business process analysis and design. 4. Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. 5. Familiarity with process automation tools. 6. Good To Have Skills: Experience with supply chain management processes. Additional Information: 1. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).. 2. A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
