Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ETL Developer to join our custom software engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust ETL processes to support enterprise data integration needs. You will collaborate closely with functional analysts to interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable, well-documented technical specifications.

This role also involves active participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including investigating and resolving bugs, and ensuring the smooth deployment of solutions to production environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Microsoft SQL Server, along with a working knowledge of CRM systems. While direct experience with Siebel CRM is a strong plus, familiarity with similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) is equally valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ETL implementation.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica to extract and transform data from CRM systems and other sources.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for data mappings, transformation logic, and job schedules.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by investigating and resolving bugs or data issues identified by clients.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Participate in post-UAT deployment activities and ensure smooth transition to production.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering, or any related courses.
• 2+ years of experience in ETL development, preferably with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Basic understanding of CRM data models and common integration patterns (e.g., Siebel, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar).
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Knowledge in java would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
