Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward and ensuring that best practices are followed to achieve optimal results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive strategies to meet objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices. - Experience with system integration and data migration related to HCM solutions. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
