Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide insights to enhance application performance and user experience, all while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in your work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in application development best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with project planning and resource allocation. - Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. - Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
