Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also engage in proactive maintenance activities to enhance system reliability and efficiency, while documenting processes and solutions to foster knowledge sharing within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to improve efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques. - Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols and standards. - Familiarity with network monitoring and management software. - Experience in incident management and problem resolution processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
