Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the application development lifecycle, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Roles: Tableau administrator - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Manage Tableau Server/Cloud infrastructure and user access. - Monitor server performance and perform regular maintenance. - Implement security policies including row-level security and user roles. - Automate administrative tasks using REST API, Tabcmd, or scripting. - Support deployment processes and troubleshoot issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau. - 8–10 years of experience in Tableau Server/Cloud administration and BI platform management - Expertise in Tableau Server/Cloud administration. - Knowledge of authentication methods and user provisioning. - Experience with Tableau REST API and automation tools. - Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control. - Strong analytical and documentation skills. - Shift Timing: 1:30 PM to 11 PM IST [Weekdays] Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Tableau. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients. - Shift Timing: 1:30 PM to 11 PM IST [Weekdays] - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
