Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support on Tencent Cloud products
  • Handle incoming tickets via phone, live chat, and ticket
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to CVM, COS, VPC, CLB, etc.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to second-line teams
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely response
  • Document cases and contribute to internal knowledge base
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Experience with Linux/Windows server environments
  • Familiarity with Tencent Cloud services preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Preferred certifications: Tencent Cloud TCA/TCP
