Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to assist in the design of software configuration and customization, ensuring that the solutions align with business process designs and application requirements. You will engage in discussions to refine processes and contribute to the overall success of the project, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the configuration process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Document configuration processes and maintain accurate records to support future reference and audits. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development methodologies. - Strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices. - Familiarity with software customization techniques to meet specific business needs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
