The Commercial Marketing Communications and POs Advisor is instrumental in developing and executing internal communication strategies that support commercial marketing goals. This role supports program owners in the creation and distribution of content across multiple channels to effectively inform, engage, and align internal and stakeholders and, when appropriate, end customers. Additionally, the advisor leads the strategic planning and coordination of tradeshows and events participation, manages budget tracking and vendor payment processes, and provides communication support for cross-functional projects.
This role supports the strategic execution and operational excellence of commercial marketing communications by:
Coordinating and supporting development and management of content strategies to deliver timely, relevant, and impactful messages.
Coordinating events presence aligned with card programs and product strategies (SDE).
Managing budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor payment processes.
Supporting medium- and large-scale projects with communication planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Communications Content Strategy & Management
Design and execute communication plans to raise awareness, educate, or notify BWs and end customers.
Tailor messaging for various internal and external channels, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of communications.

Tradeshow and Events Strategy and Coordination
Define event participation strategy based on card program and SDE priorities.
Coordinate logistics, messaging, and promotional materials for tradeshows and industry events.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Budget and P&B (Payment and Budget Ownership)
Track and forecast marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
Manage internal and external invoicing processes, including vendor management and compliance with procurement policies.
Provide regular budget updates and reports to stakeholders.

Ad Hoc Project Support
Participate in cross-functional projects requiring communication expertise.
Collaborate with product owners to develop messaging and materials that support project goals.
Ensure consistency and alignment of communications across initiatives.
Required Experience:
3+ years of experience in marketing communications, event coordination, or budget management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with vendor management and payment processes.
Familiarity with B2B marketing or commercial operations is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
English level: C1/B2+
Strong organizational and time management skills.
