IAM Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IAM Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with security policies, and delivering IAM solutions that protect organizational assets and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IAM projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of IAM technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM).
- Coordinate vendor management and third-party integrations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Drive change management and adoption of new IAM processes.
- Identify and resolve project issues, dependencies, and risks proactively.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in IAM or cybersecurity-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks (SSO, MFA, LDAP, OAuth, SAML) and technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD, Ping Identity).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

- Experience in large enterprise IAM deployments.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
