As a Workday Integrations Lead your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information

  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Financial & HCM functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding

  • Collaborate with client and 3rd parties to develop technical solutions that support business processes

  • Closely follow the strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals

  • Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives (including design and build activities)

  • Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary

  • Has some latitude in decision-making - acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Here’s what you need:

  • Existing and up to date Workday Integrations Partner Certification

  • 2+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm

  • 3+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)1+ year hands-on Workday Integrations experience & 1 Full lifecycle Workday Integrations Implementation

  • 1+ year of experience with Workday Financials transactions and integrations

  • 1+ year hands-on Workday Integrations experience & 1 Full lifecycle Workday Integrations Implementation

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

  • Congruent designer and developer experience with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment

  • Self-starter with proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
