At Accenture Bulgaria we are seeking a Service Delivery Ops Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for contract management, order processing, invoicing, and delivering actionable insights for an international client. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality services across contract and order management, invoicing, and reporting
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and streamline workflows
Drive operational projects and client-specific initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders to align on goals and priorities
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support career development through coaching and mentoring
Analyze workload and forecast output to optimize resource allocation and scheduling.
Build strong relationships with clients, understand their evolving needs, and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a data-driven or operational environment
Proven track record of team management, performance improvement and achieving organizational goals
Fluency in English and proficiency in German
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced data analysis skills
Experience in data analytics and reporting
Project management experience with a focus on process optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced environments
