What would you do? 1. End to End understanding of activities performed for assigned Client 2. Is responsible and owns the review and sign off for payroll being delivered 3. In-depth understanding of Payroll processes supported by Accenture for different geographies 4. Escalation and resolution point for team members with regards to process related queries 5. Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI 6. Understand the Risk associated with the process and the respective mitigation plan for each risk identified; Foresees and identify risks in advance using prior payroll experience to mitigate risk before failure; highlight risks to supervisors that cannot be mitigated Must have payroll experience - US payroll 15. Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls 16. Participates in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process as an SME. 17. Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to Process. 18. Ensure the process dashboards and visual management displays are reviewed on an ongoing basis and up-to-date 19. Actively participate in all process related business meeting in-person or virtually through conference calls 20. Participate and ensure that aud.

Collaborate with client and other accenture stakeholders to ensure client receives improvised standard of services through continuous improvement 7. Drive Organizational initiatives like We@accenture to maximize client profit
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsAny Graduation
