Summary: SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System - Software application that provides organizations with a framework for creating, managing, delivering, and tracking educational courses, training programs, or learning and development programs throughout the employee lifecycle. LMS is utilized to manage user’s learning plan, assigned trainings, programs and ensure all users are up to date with the latest trainings and policies. Roles & Responsibilities: • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors LMS, staying updated on product releases, new features, and industry best practices • Maintain working system knowledge of key operations for assisting users and ensuring proper use of the software • Writes documentation or reviews documentation written by others that describes configuration and operating procedures • Serves as liaison between users and vendors on complex technical matters requiring vendor participation to resolve, maintaining ongoing communications with both parties until issue is resolved or acceptable workaround procedure is determined • Support the implementation of product updates and enhancements • Create and maintain user guides, knowledge articles, and other support documentation per Eisai guidelines • Identify trends and patterns to optimize performance of process, workflows and the user experience • Generate and analyze reports to support business operations and decision-making • Attend client meetings to discuss requirements, updates on projects and deliverables. • Complete assigned project responsibilities and deliverables, including design, development, UAT, documentation and change control process. • Continuously monitor system logs and all jobs using monitoring tools • Analyze the error, liaise with the appropriate team for investigation, and assign the task accordingly • Maintain and update the status of existing incidents/requests with the latest developments • Provide an update on task and project status and collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any roadblocks • Review and assess any incidents related to application errors, including development, unit testing, and assist users with reported issues • Process User creation/terminations for accounts confirmed by HR and business • Manage users and Admins, provide access per Role Based Permissions • Monitor non-ticketing activities requested by business via email/MS Teams chat • Knowledge on SSO integration, IAS/IPS, VLS Configuration • Proficient in handling data uploads to the system using Connectors. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with integration of learning management systems. - Familiarity with user interface design principles. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. • Prior experience and knowledge of Life Sciences industry • Data analysis • Documentation (creating scripts, reference/knowledge guides) • Knowledge of executing test scripts, testing • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions • Application support Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
