Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, your typical day involves analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code for multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the applications perform optimally and meet client requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization. - Strong analytical skills to assess application performance metrics. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with debugging tools and methodologies. - Ability to work with legacy systems and modernize them effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
