Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Role: Network Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Career Level 10 Role Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and automating enterprise-scale network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki solutions, strong scripting capabilities, and a solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. This role demands a balance of operational excellence, automation mindset, and deep technical expertise in both legacy and modern networking technologies. Must Have Skills: - Cisco Meraki network design, deployment, and troubleshooting - Legacy and modern network technologies (e.g., MPLS, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, VXLAN) - Network architecture and design for scalable enterprise environments - Network security principles, firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation - Scripting skills (Python, Shell, Ansible) for automation - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform - Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, NetFlow) Good to Have Skills: - Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2) - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git) Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network architectures - Administer and troubleshoot Meraki and traditional network infrastructures - Analyze network performance and recommend mitigation strategies - Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using Terraform and scripting languages - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network integration and support - Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices Technical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, including Meraki deployments, automation scripting, and IaC practices. Strong expertise in performance analysis and modern networking technologies. Professional Attributes: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and drive network automation initiatives. Educational Qualification and Certification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications such as Meraki CMNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.15 years full time education
