Project Role : Technology Support Engineer

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components, ensuring that operational stability is maintained. You will create and implement Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is essential, as you will assist in issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure As Code (IaC), GitHub Actions, Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. - Familiarity with service management frameworks and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
