Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues, providing solutions for configured services across multiple platforms, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with different teams to resolve challenges and enhance system performance, all while adhering to established operating models and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure infrastructure (VMs, Vnets, Storage, App Services, etc.). • Develop Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates. • Configure and manage Linux and Windows-based Azure workloads. • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. • Ensure cloud security, compliance, and access control using Entra ID (AAD), RBAC, and Defender for Cloud. • Optimize performance and cost through automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash). • Collaborate across teams to support application deployments and lifecycle management. • Stay current with Azure service updates and recommend continuous improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of server and network management. -7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with 4+ years in Azure Cloud. • Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting in cloud environments. • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI). • Proficient in Azure networking, identity, governance, and security. • Preferred: Microsoft Certified (Azure Administrator/Architect). Additional Information: -• Experience with AKS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. • Exposure to hybrid cloud and automation frameworks. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
