Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer with hands-on experience in implementing and managing Zscaler cloud security solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, supporting, and optimizing Zscaler technologies such as Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to enhance our organization’s secure internet and remote access posture Roles and responsibilities: - Lead the design, deployment, and support of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) across enterprise environments. - Architect secure access solutions based on Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) using Zscaler technologies. - Define and enforce security policies, URL filtering, DLP, SSL inspection, and CASB controls within Zscaler. - Integrate Zscaler with Identity Providers (IdPs) (e.g., Azure AD, Okta) for authentication, SSO, and user-based policy enforcement. - Work with cross-functional teams (Network, Security, Infrastructure, and SOC) to align Zscaler implementations with business and security objectives. - Conduct performance tuning, log analysis, troubleshooting, and incident response related to Zscaler infrastructure. - Provide expert-level support and mentorship to junior engineers. - Stay up to date on Zscaler platform enhancements and evolving security trends to proactively improve architecture and operations. -Professional and Technical skills: - 5–8+ years of experience in network and cloud security, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA and ZPA). - Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, secure web gateway (SWG), proxy services, and DNS/HTTP/HTTPS traffic inspection. - Expertise in Zscaler administration, policy management, App Connector, Client Connector, and tunnel configurations (GRE/IPSec/PAC files). - Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, SD-WAN, and integration with SIEM and endpoint solutions. - Proficient in troubleshooting complex Zscaler-related performance and access issues. - Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, APIs) is a plus. - Zscaler certifications (e.g., ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA, ZCSP) are highly desirable. - Excellent communication, project leadership, and documentation skills. Additional information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience. - The position is at our Gurugram office. - A 15 year full time education is required.15 years full time education
