Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components, ensuring that operational stability is maintained. You will engage in creating and implementing Requests for Change, while also updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is essential, as you will assist in issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to configure and manage network devices such as routers and switches. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
