Job Description: Accenture is looking Application Assessment Lead who will conduct Cloud application discovery and assessment services, by assessing the current application landscape and accelerate the Cloud adoption by providing treatment, remediation & transformation approach. Key Technical Skills requirements • Experience of working with Public cloud provider solutions like AWS, Azure, GCP etc. including highly available and disaster recovery architectures • Should have awareness and opinion on the latest industry trends and its adoptions in the enterprise • Should be aware of enterprise applications and Cloud adoption trends and challenges (Ex: SAP, Oracle EBS, Vertical Applications, Database, and Middleware) • Evaluation of cloud deployment models and recommending the most suitable model (like for e.g. IaaS vs PaaS vs SaaS) • Good understanding of Assessment methodologies • Experience on Cloud readiness & Application assessment • Experience on migration planning, grouping Applications for phased migration and migration schedule management • Candidate will be required to Lead, and conduct customer workshops with application teams to understand application footprint, interdependency and migration strategy • Deep technical knowledge on migrating custom applications to PaaS • Deep technical knowledge about assessment and migration of COTS applications to cloud • Overview of compliance and regulations pertaining to Cloud adoption • Deep knowledge of application modernization strategies - re-host, re-platform or re-architect • The candidate should have good understanding of Application portfolio in at least two industry verticals. • Understanding of Enterprise service bus/iPaaS, Stateless and Micro service-based architecture. • Possess experience with container services like Docker, Kubernetes etc. • Good understanding of 12 factor application and implementation • High-level understanding of SDLC and Agile • Good knowledge on application tiers and its functionality • Cloud operating model design, Business case development, TCO and vendor evaluation • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, Datacenter technologies & Application architecture (high level) • Good analytical skills to understanding infrastructure and application data and interpret in meaningful way for cloud assessment Certifications/Accreditations: • AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM certifications • TOGAF Education Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable) • Minimum of 12-16 years large scale consulting experience • A 15 Years full time education is required.15 years full time education
