Job Title: Senior System Analyst - CardLink / Vision Plus

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst with 6-9 years of experience to join our Cards - Systems Analysis team. The role involves design, development, and analysis of Mainframe-based Cards platforms, with a strong focus on CardLink or Vision Plus. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in Cards and Payments, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system analysis, design, and development activities for CardLink, Vision Plus, or other Cards platforms.

  • Work with Cobol, JCL, and CICS on Mainframe ZOS, including handling VSAM and sequential datasets.

  • Collaborate with business users to understand functional requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.

  • Engage with IT departments and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance, review design documents, and oversee development deliverables.

  • Conduct system impact analysis, feasibility studies, and performance assessments.

  • Support QA teams during testing cycles and assist in resolving defects.

  • Participate in production issue analysis and provide resolutions or workarounds.

  • Ensure compliance with security, operational, and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of System Analyst experience, preferably in the Cards and Payments domain.

  • Strong proficiency in Cobol, JCL, and CICS on Mainframe ZOS.

  • Experience with VSAM and sequential datasets.

  • Hands-on experience in CardLink or Vision Plus platforms (mandatory).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and vendors.

  • Good understanding of business and technical aspects of Cards and Payments systems.
