Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with organizational goals, addressing any challenges that arise, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also oversee the implementation of best practices in application development, ensuring that the team adheres to established standards and methodologies while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Experience in scripting and automation to streamline processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
