Summary: Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - The role is of Network Engineer with Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting skills Require Good Routing and Switching skills with knowledge on Wireless and Meraki infrastructure. Knowledge about Cisco ISE and Firewalls is added advantage. Good in Design skills and Documentation is required Knowledge about the Monitoring tools is beneficial. Implementation of large-scale deployments across the network, Configure and install various network devices and services eg, routers, switches, cisco meraki and F5 load balancer. - Provide Level 3 support for troubleshooting and resolve issues. Deep understanding of networking protocols ex- IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, 80211, 8021X 3 Knowledge and hands-on experience of LAN/WLAN/WAN support for voice, data and video networks at Access and Core network layers Expertise on Routing protocols BGP can list advantages. - Provide day to day operational support for the in-scope device Management Services and Advance level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution. - Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Extreme cloud patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis. Experience in managing Multi-Client Networks, WAN Links, LAN Management and Excellent knowledge of Advanced Networking and Network Protocols. Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network Hardware replacement & Core level debugging. Follow ITIL process with proving skills in working with Incident & Change management methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - IT architecture, Data Center and Cloud Offering knowledge - Relevant understanding of Key IT system areas: DC Components, NW Components - In-depth understanding of Cisco platforms - Advanced capability in design and deployment of Cisco Validated Designs - Strong on BGP and OSPF routing protocols and experience with various network management tools - Experience engineering, delivering, and supporting IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS based switching platforms Understanding of Cisco Nexus and Catalyst product lines, thorough comprehension around L2 and L3 quality of service. Must Have Skills: Cisco Data center routing & switching, SD-WAN, F5 Load balancer and Wireless Good to Have Skills: Firewall and ISE. Professional Attributes: Should have 6+ years of experience in Network operational support/management roles Should have supported Network deployments Should have experience performing Network transitions / transformations Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area. An ability to learn new technologies quickly. Good time management skills. An ability to follow processes. Good communication skills both written and verbal Educational Qualification: BS or BA in Engineering, Computer Science or equivale. Additional Information: CCIE Certifications or its equivalent Network certification.15 years full time education
