Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration
Good to have skills : NA

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: • Should have sound experience in providing L2/L3 support for Storage Management and support on NetApp Cluster mode • Design and implement NetApp storage systems including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning. • Administer Fiber Channel SAN fabrics, including installation, configuration, zoning, software upgrades, and maintenance of switches. • Design and Configure Replication for Disaster Recovery using Snapmirror and other NetApp tools • Plan and implement best practices for NAS and SAN solutions. • Create and update documentation for storage procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: • Should have sound experience in NetApp C Mode (Data Ontap), NetApp HCI, MetroCluster, HP3par and Pure technologies, RAID Levels, Flashpool and Flexclone. • Good knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP protocols. • Experience with installation, configuration and management of storage arrays and switches expected. • Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches. • Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning. • Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements, implementing Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN solutions, and integrating different operating systems and applications. • Should have knowledge about the ITIL framework. • Good technical expertise on Snap Center • Relevant certifications will be an added advantage. Additional Information: • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills. • Strong time management skills, problem solving and analytical skills. • Perform team management roles • Due to the 24X7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Educational Qualification: • 15 years of mandatory education as per Accenture Standards.15 years full time education
