Summary: As a Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for assigning and managing work assignments within the delivery team. Your typical day will involve driving people management activities, ensuring that service delivery quality is maintained, and managing costs effectively. You will engage with team members to foster a collaborative environment and support the overall objectives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Facilitate communication between team members to ensure clarity in work assignments. - Monitor service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Assist in training new team members to enhance their understanding of processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with service delivery frameworks such as ITIL. - Strong understanding of project management principles. - Ability to analyze service delivery performance data. - Familiarity with tools for tracking and managing service requests. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
