Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet user needs. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to team members while ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Retail Marketing. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Proficient in version control systems like Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
