Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also focusing on the development of new features to meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions, ensuring that the application functions optimally and meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
