Overall Purpose:
Provides administrative support and basic project management support function. Supports resource management processes such as tracking of project resources, on/off boarding or project resources, project expenses and metrics.

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support and basic project management support function. Supports
resource management processes such as tracking of project resources, on/off boarding or project
resources, dashboard and metrics. Performs coordination, communications and actions tracking
as well as monitoring type of activities for the leads and executives. Tracks activities to completion
in a timely manner and pro-actively engages with relevant stakeholders to achieve the same.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• General engagement administration and support for RMT support activities.
• Resource management, typically involving execution of standard and project specific roll in
and roll off processes, as well as, supporting the demand management process.
• RM reporting and reconciliation.
• Works effectively in a team and helps his/her team lead in distributing and managing delivery
of tasks and output performed by or with other members of the project(s)

Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends
Project/Team Location: Gateway Tower 2

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 6 months any BPO related experience
• Has good communications skills
• Knowledge in MS office application
• Background on data analysis skill or have experience in any data analytics field is good to have only, not required
