Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in brainstorming sessions to innovate solutions, while also ensuring that the applications align with the overall business strategy. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with creative problem-solving, making a significant impact on the development process and the end-user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin Programming Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices. - Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to work with Agile methodologies and participate in Scrum ceremonies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kotlin Programming Language. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
