Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will design business processes that align with organizational goals and functional requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, creating detailed process blueprints, and ensuring that all designs meet the established key performance indicators. You will also engage in quality management reviews to validate that business and design requirements are fulfilled, while educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the processes you develop. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously assess and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.15 years full time education
