Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment. - Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement. - Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. - Assist in the development of project plans and resource allocation strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience with project management software and tools. - Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
