What would you do? We’re Accenture Marketing Operations. We’re the global managed services arm of Accenture Interactive. We sit in the Operations Business to take advantage of the industrialized run capabilities leveraging investments from Accenture Operations. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Insights Specialist to join our team and support the analytics needs of our client. This role is critical in delivering actionable insights through data preparation, advanced SQL querying, and business-centric problem solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis and a good understanding of marketing analytics, particularly in the retail and campaign space. Process by which data from customer behavior is used to help make key business decisions via market segmentation and predictive analytics. This information is used by businesses for direct marketing, site selection, and customer relationship management.
What are we looking for? • Ability to interpret data in the context of marketing strategies and retail KPIs • Experience in generating insights and storytelling through data • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical work to strategic business outcomes • Experience working with large and complex datasets across multiple sources or platforms • Understanding of campaign lifecycle, customer segmentation, and ROI measurement techniques in marketing analytics • Comfort with ambiguity and changing business requirements, especially in agile or fast-paced environments • Exposure to analytics strategy, digital tools, and transformation frameworks • Proven expertise in writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries • Exposure to Python, Alteryx, or Databricks is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: • Leverage data to support strategic marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance • Translate complex business questions into data analysis frameworks and actionable insights • Monitor campaign performance and provide real-time insights and alerts for ongoing optimization • Maintain high data integrity and develop scalable analytics solutions to support evolving business needs • Writing technical documents • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within AccentureAny Graduation
