A Business Analyst support the Digital Library team. Is a key player in the discovery, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features within our Digital Library ecosystem. This includes working with OpenText DAM, Telestream workflows, and Akamai delivery services.
The Digital Library is SAP's central repository for final, managed assets, supporting over 105,000 users globally. It houses approximately 100,000 active assets and manages roughly 300,000 asset interactions annually. This proprietary Java application, built on OpenText DAM, is hosted in SAP Data Centers and integrates with over 30 third-party services for transcoding, transcription, and content delivery. Our team operates in an agile environment with 3-week sprints, fostering a highly collaborative culture across SAP and our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Write and manage user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable for the development team.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on project goals and deliverables.
Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new features meet business needs and quality standards.
Create training materials and documentation to support new feature rollouts.

The Business Analyst will support the entire Digital Library ecosystem, which includes:
The Digital Library application itself.
The OpenText DAM platform.
Related third-party and SAP workflows and API connections.
The Digital Library API and its support for more than 30 integrated platforms.
Data Center Services.

Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within content or media platforms.
Familiarity with OpenText DAM concepts is a plus. Experience as a BA in Media Management or on a Java platform is also a strong alternative.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Excel.
Familiarity with the following OpenText DAM components is beneficial: OT Media Management, OT Process Suite, OT Media Management Rich Media Analysis Service, OT Experience Analysis Data Collector, OT Directory Services & SSO.
Minimum High School Diploma/GED is required.
Must have advanced technical English skills (B2+ or above)
