This role is ideal for someone who is ready to move and expand into the corporate L&D space. You’ll bring your compliance know-how admin strengths, analytical thinking to support the client in not just administering learning, but helping them shape how their people learn, develop, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • L&D Program Support: Coordinate, administer, and support the client’s learning programs, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.

  • LMS Administration: Manage end-to-end learning activities in SuccessFactors LMS, including assigning courses, troubleshooting issues, and producing compliance and training reports.

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all training activities align with AQF and internal compliance requirements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the client’s stakeholders to ensure learning needs are met and processes run smoothly.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline, simplify, and improve L&D administration and processes.

  • Resource & Communication Management: Handle multiple priorities including inbox traffic, training documentation, and resource updates with accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • RTO or Training Background: Experience in an RTO environment, training compliance, or AQF framework management.

  • Learning & Development Knowledge: Familiarity with adult learning principles

  • LMS Experience: Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors LMS is preferred or other LMS systems is highly regarded

  • Communication: Clear, confident communicator who can engage with diverse audiences.

  • Organisation: Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, reporting, and online training systems.
