About the role:

At Accenture we seek passionate and driven technology professionals to join our team designing and delivering exciting solutions to transform our client’s businesses.

As a Microsoft Infrastructure Transformation Assoc Manager within our team, you will be responsible for the technical presales and delivery of enterprise scale solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem.


You will:

  • Helping clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace transformation, you will work with account teams to shape, sell and coordinate the delivery of propositions that address client challenges

  • Develop pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable Workplace solutions and roadmaps that allows clients to address their business needs and leverage the best value out of their Microsoft investments.

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of future focused workplace and organization transformation propositions and solutions.

  • Support the selling and implementation of workplace experience propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.

  • Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.

  • Delivering sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs.

In addition, your technical skillset likely includes:

  • Significant experience with the design and implementation of Azure and workplace solutions spanning underlying cloud infrastructure.

  • Workplace content and knowledge management strategy, security and governance underpinned by M365.

  • End to end solution design accountability and track record for Enterprise digital transformation deals with demonstrable innovation and value creation.

  • Expertise in developing and transforming infrastructure design across Azure, multi cloud and M365

  • Experience of working within a matrixed business spanning consulting and technology services and onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery centres.

  • Experience with pricing and staffing of your solution to meet client needs whilst being competitive.

  • Experience with delivery on complex Server/workplace technology environments including migration & coexistence approaches.

You should have previous experience in one or more of our core Workplace technology areas below

  • Enterprise Mobility & Security - Intune MDM & MAM, AAD, Identity, Information Protection, Threat Protection, Cloud App Security

  • Windows 10/11 - Intune/SCCM, Autopilot, Hybrid AD joins, Defender ATP, PowerShell

  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) - Design, Deployment, Azure Automation, FSLogix, Azure Files

  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager - Configuration Manager Current Branch, Intune and Co-management Workloads, Windows as a Service

  • Exchange & SharePoint Online - Design, Deployment, Migration

  • Azure and Windows Server Cloud fundamentals – IaaS/PaaS

  • Microsoft Teams including PSTN telephony and meeting room devices

  • Microsoft 365 Tenant to Tenant Migrations

Preferred Education Background:

You will likely possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or a related field.

Microsoft Certification – Microsoft 365 Certified in one or more areas – Azure Certified

Preferred Years of Work Experience:

Over 5 years relevant technology experience including solution and delivery particularly within a consultancy or systems integrator

Mandatory Requirement

Due to security clearance required on this project all candidates must have:

Australian Citizenship with a minimum of Baseline Security Clearance or higher
