We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in analyzing organizational processes and designing systems that enable business transformation. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, identify business needs, and define solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

-Analyze business models and their integration with technology.

-Assess current processes, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions.

-Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

-Research, gather, and synthesize information to support business initiatives.

-Develop detailed documentation outlining business processes and system requirements.

-Create visual process representations to enhance communication across teams.

-Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.

-Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications

-3-4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.

-Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools

-Strong experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.

-Ability to work independently and act as a subject matter expert.

-Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
