Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 1. Exp in Control-M Administration. 2. Hands on exp with Install, Upgrade, Configure & maintain Control-M components (EM, Servers, Agents). 3. Deep understanding of Control-M Architecture, functionalities and best practices. 4. Troubleshooting & fixing issues related to Control-M components. 5. Good understanding of Application plugin-s and control modules ( SAP, DB etc). 6. Good understanding to MFT, MFTE, PGP, SSO, different role and authorizations. 7. Good understanding of application integrator and create job types based on client requriement. 8. Good to have exposure to different Control-M APIs. 9. Experience in troubleshooting and fixing the job-related issues. 10. Knowledge on Linux, Unix and Windows environment is mandatory. 11. Hands on exp in Calendar creation/modifications. 12. Good to have exp in WCM, site standards, site customization. 13. Experience in coordinating in onshore/offshore operation model. Experience Required 1. Proficiency in customer communication and coordination 2. Exposure to Agile methodology and Service Now. 3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve Control-M infrastructure & job related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ControlM Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
