Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco Meraki, Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, and traditional Cisco Routing and Switching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable network infrastructure across enterprise and branch environments. This role requires a strong understanding of modern SD-WAN architectures, cloud-managed networks, and enterprise-grade switching/routing technologies. Roles and responsibilities: - Cisco Meraki configure and manage Meraki dashboard for wireless, switching, security, and SD-WAN devices. - Implement cloud-based network policies and site-to-site VPNs. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot Meraki-based networks across multiple sites. - Work with Meraki APIs for automation and integration with third-party systems. - Cisco Viptela SD-WAN Design and deploy Cisco Viptela SD-WAN fabric (vManage, vBond, vSmart). - Configure routing policies, application-aware routing, and segmentation. - Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of SD-WAN components. - Troubleshoot SD-WAN overlay and underlay issues and optimize WAN connectivity. - Cisco Routing and Switching Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers (ISR/ASR) and switches (Catalyst/Nexus). - Implement Layer 2/3 technologies including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, and EIGRP. - Manage network infrastructure using Cisco IOS and NX-OS platforms. - Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and data center deployments. Professional and Technical skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles. - Strong experience with Cisco Meraki Dashboard, Cisco Viptela, and traditional Cisco IOS/NX-OS environments. - Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, QoS, IPSec, DNS, and DHCP. - Cisco certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, Cisco Meraki CMNA, or Cisco SD-WAN Specialist. Additional information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience. - The position is at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 year full time education is required.15 years full time education
