Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure PaaS Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). This role requires deep expertise in Terraform and Azure DevOps, alongside strong proficiency in Azure services and modern application architecture. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Architect and develop scalable applications using Azure PaaS services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, and Service Bus. • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration of Azure resources. • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including YAML-based workflows for deployment and testing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable cloud solutions. • Conduct performance tuning, code reviews, and optimization of cloud applications. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team. • Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and best practices. ________________________________________ Mandatory Skills and Experience • Terraform: Proven experience in writing and managing Terraform configurations for Azure infrastructure. • Azure DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure Repos, Boards, and Artifacts. • Azure PaaS Services: Strong knowledge of App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other PaaS offerings. • Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell or Bash for automation tasks. • Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. • Monitoring: Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in Azure PaaS. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Certifications such as: • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) ________________________________________ Nice to Have • Experience with Bicep, ARM templates, or Ansible. • Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure API Management. • Familiarity with .NET Core and microservices architecture.
