Major Responsibilities:
- Manages significant TA initiatives and programs across the region and Enterprise which impacts candidates, hiring leaders and teammates.
- Challenges current programs and processes, designing and implementing innovative and inspiring programs inspiring TA solutions to enhance leadership, candidate and recruiter experiences and processes.
- Responsible for program management (including marketing, facilitation resources, program budget) to support strategic talent acquisition priorities such as data management, technology, training, vendors, affiliations, recruitment marketing, etc.
- Organizes and leads cross functional operational teams to realize program objectives. Researches external best practices through community portals, evaluating standards, and determining comprehensive solutions that are consistent with state and federal regulations and requirements.
- Communicates ongoing project status, potential issues and timeline with TA Leadership teams and stakeholders.
- Plans, organizes and manages all aspects of assigned retrospective, outcome and prospective programs and initiatives.
- Responsible for managing vendor relationships including leveraging expertise to influence decisions, determining agreements and challenging the status quo.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies/programs/solutions, assesses the impact on the business, and utilizes this information in order to make decisions (i.e.; improvements, modifications, etc.).

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 7 years of experience in human resources that includes experiences in project management, recruiting, or consultation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice, methods, research and strategies applied in large organizations.
- Effective group facilitation and internal consulting skills.
- Skills in research, developing sound proposals, and demonstrated ability in the successful implementation of programs.
- Skills in influencing and developing others who are not direct reports in order to move toward common goals and outcomes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with executives, management, physicians, and team members at all levels. Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and with a wide range of audiences consisting of different generations, cultures, and learning styles.
- High level of proficiency and literacy in using the Microsoft Office Suite, similar products and other technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement standards and quality improvement principles.
- Ability to navigate and establish priorities in an often, ambiguous environment.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Exposed to a normal office environment.
