This is a hybrid role offering remote work and requiring the flexibility to work on-site events throughout the Wisconsin footprint of Aurora Health Care and Illinois footprint of Advocate Health Care.
Pay Range
$32.45 - $48.70Support the director and manager of brand partnerships in the ongoing development and management of the Advocate Aurora Health Care brand through our outside relationships with sports teams, elite-level races, and other community organizations. Assist the system partnership team in the development and implementation of annual strategic plans. Key activation specialist ensuring contractual assets are delivered.
Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as support day-to-day contact for all brand partners in assigned division.
- Implement enterprise brand partnership strategy into contracts.
- Manage and coordinate the execution of partnership campaigns and initiatives, including marketing, communication, events, and best in class activations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of brand partnerships and provide regular reports and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in brand partnerships and health care sports marketing.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute sports-related campaigns, events, and activities.
- Facilitate activation at games, events and other brand partnership team-controlled initiatives.
- Create partnership recaps that assist in the valuation of each partnership.
- Manage distribution for season tickets across all partnerships.
- Provide consultation and project management to digital, public affairs, and brand services staff on related projects.
- Work with outside vendors to direct and coordinate projects.
- Assist in planning, execution, and evaluation of various major events assigned division, such as new hospital events/openings, innovation district events, M & A celebrations.

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports marketing or a brand/corporate partnerships role (team, in or out of health care).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Proven record of accomplishment of developing and executing successful brand partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Strong network and relationships with sports organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for sports, wellness, and fitness.
- Strong leadership, with the ability to inspire and influence others.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Position requires working weekends and outside of normal business hours.
- Position requires frequent local travel.
