Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Schedule will vary, as leader will support teammates working in 24/7 locations. Teammate will be required to travel across facilities in the Wisconsin area.

Pay Range

$24.85 - $37.30

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED equivalent with supervisory experience required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with six years of directly related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Evaluates, updates, and generates alternate processes to enhance productivity and registration policies by working with Patient Services groups and WFBMC administration to revise and support policies and procedures. 2. Responsible for performance evaluations, promotions, hiring, transfer requests, coordination of vacation schedules and overall management for multiple employees in multiple clinic locations. 3. Provides cross training of staff and coordinates employee coverage to resolve staffing issues in multiple clinic locations. 4. Analyzes and takes action to correct issues for order completion for multiple areas throughout Comp Rehab including Cost Room, X-ray, lab and drug accounts. 5. Responsible for the preparation of financial and data reports for departmental meetings. Investigates unexpected results. Prepares Quality Assurance data and works on special projects. 6. Communicates issues relating to insurance coverage, authorizations and Medical Center requirements to ensure appropriate filings of claims to both staff and patients. 7. Maintains productive relationship with hospital business office and other departments involved with the CompRehab facility to ensure appropriate process are completed. Ensures that communication of charge capture issues with multiple departments remains a priority. 8. Works with interdepartmental managers to maintain coverage, ensuring a working knowledge of their areas/locations and WakeOne, PeopleSoft programs. 9. Attends and participates in departmental and institutional meetings to communicate, develop and implement new ideas and processes. 10. Works with Service Excellence to ensure quality customer service provided to all.
