Senior Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid)

Position Compensation Range:
$78,000.00 - $128,000.00Pay Rate Type:

Primary Accountabilities:
- Define scope and strategy for medium to high complexity sourcing events, identifying opportunities based on spend, value, risk, and resources. Present goals and align resources for project execution.
- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers, involving internal experts to achieve beneficial outcomes while supporting business goals.
- Be a subject matter expert for supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and supporting partners from award to completion.
- Promote strategic sourcing value to management and internal customers, providing reports on spend, risks, and results.
- Build relationships with senior business leaders to understand and meet sourcing needs, serving as the main contact for sourcing.
- Lead the sourcing process for RFxs, renewals, and new contracts, overseeing project management and identifying process improvements.
- Use market intelligence and sourcing goals to evaluate competitive offerings, comparing supplier bids and assessing trade-offs.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Experience in customer-driven solutions and support.
- Extensive knowledge of sourcing practices, including RFxs and contract negotiation.
- Understanding of supplier performance management and strategic sourcing processes.
- Experience leading medium to large projects with knowledge of project management and contract negotiation techniques.
- Ability to prepare reports, charts, and presentations, with experience in project management methodologies and tools.

- Underwriting product experience.

In this hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of our Madison, WI or Boston, MA offices.
