Senior Consumer Insights Analyst

Primary Accountabilities
- Build the long-term vision for customer analytics, driving end-to-end customer experience based on external trends, business strategy/goals, and target customer needs.
- Frames, structures, and scopes complex business and customer challenges.
- Use customer/consumer data and insights, competitor activity, and market trends to guide strategic planning and allow competitive advantage.
- Evaluate and develop perspective on transformational customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction opportunities across the organization.
- Define customer experience metrics, main reasons for, and return on experience and insights investments.
- Collaborate with all levels of management to align priorities and develop a collaborative roadmap for large-scale strategic programs across all departments of the organization.
- Partner with products, marketing, corporate strategy, and enterprise partners to lead strategic agreement.
- Guide consumer influence across the enterprise, reaching across the aisles.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or service
- Demonstrated experience developing strategic plans.
- Demonstrated experience managing front-end, consumer-facing digital marketing campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of mobile and online marketing concepts and strategies.
- Experience with website analytics tools
- Experience with marketing strategy, including brand strategy, media tactics (digital, paid, social, direct, broad), mobile and new marketing and media technology.
Additional Specialized Skills Requirements
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate into applicable insights.
- Proficient Data Analytics skills are needed for this role in the Insurance Industry.
- Proficient in more technical aspects of analytics, including working with large data lake environments (GCP, AWS, Snowflake) and common query/programming languages (SQL, Python).
- Knowledge in consumer product categories, brands, and environment.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10%.

- Work that involves sitting/standing.
