The Consumer Insights Analyst performs end-to-end operational functions required to design and execute research with consumers and translate the consumer need to a business implication. You will report to the Director, Consumer Insights.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783.

Primary Accountabilities:
·You will execute all analytical and logistical operations required to maintain a customer research project.
·You will own, maintain, and develop proficient knowledge of consumer survey platforms.
·You will analyze data generated by consumer surveys.
·You will program and test consumer surveys on the survey platform.
·You will own survey platform supplier relationship.
·You will build and update standard question and survey templates within survey platform.
·You will monitor and issue regular reports on survey platform use.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
·Demonstrated experience programming and analyzing consumer surveys with Qualtrics.
·Demonstrated experience analyzing consumer data with SPSS or comparable.
·Data analysis storytelling experience
·Emerging skills in data management.
·Understanding of insurance industry, insurance terminology, and insurance concepts.
