Job Title: Echo Tech- Senior

Work Schedule: Full- Time

What you will do:

Reporting administratively to the Clinical Manager of the Herma Heart Center, and under the technical direction of a cardiologist and established procedure. Performs noninvasive cardiac studies according to procedures. Operates echocardiograph diagnostic equipment and maintains echocardiographic laboratory. Assists in the training of level I echo techs, outside echo techs and cardiology fellows. Performs other noninvasive studies of the Heart Center as required.

What you will need:

• Must have a bachelor's degree or must be a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer - specialty in Pediatrics.

• Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.

• Requires a minimum of 3 years of pediatric echo tech experience in a high volume dedicated pediatric echo lab.
