Children's Wisconsin has an opportunity for an IS Onboarding Coordinator

Work Schedule: Full Time Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm

Location: Main Campus (not remote)

What you will do:

Responsible to perform a variety of data entry and coordination, verification, reporting, and quality control duties. Collaborates with Medial Staff Services, Medical Staff leadership, Workday, and Information Services teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity of provider information as it relates to privileges and IS access. Provides excellent customer service and acts as a technical liaison for providers and Information Services teams.

What you will need:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required and at least one year of experience. In absence of a four-year degree, at least 5 years of experience required.

Experience

  • Requires one year of administrative/business operational experience in order to support a fast-paced work area.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children’s values and support our mission and vision.

  • Requires fundamental skills of planning, organizing and analytical ability.

  • Demonstrates attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to prioritize work levels to achieve timely completion of job responsibilities at hand and minimize patient care impact.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast paced work environment.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills & customer service skills necessary for communication with providers and other work group personnel to answer questions and problem solve.

  • Knowledge of quality control, customer service standards, information management, procedural process, and recordkeeping.

  • Experience with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel).
